You retain all rights to the content and data you create using Life Calendar. You are solely responsible for the content you add, including moments, photos, and descriptions. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Life Calendar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Life Calendar or a Life Calendar authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
